Responsibilities:
Design Leadership
Lead coordinate and delegate the creation of wireframes mockups and interactive prototypes using tools like
Figma or Adobe XD across multiple independent product teams.
Review and assign program increment design tasks to designers ensuring clarity of scope timelines and deliverables.
Set expectations for design quality adherence to standards and alignment with business objectives.
Serve as the UI/UX SME for the team providing guidance on design decisions and enterprise best practices.
Design Execution
Lead and contribute to the creation of low- and high-fidelity wireframes mockups and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
Translate business requirements into intuitive user flows and interface designs.
Collaborate with product owners and technical leads to understand application personas user needs and application logic.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with engineers and product managers to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with business goals.
Participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g. PI planning sprint reviews) to stay aligned with delivery timelines.
Continuous Improvement
Incorporate feedback from conducting usability testing stakeholder reviews and analytics to refine designs.
Monitor user adoption and propose design changes to improve engagement and usability.
Design System Contribution
Enforce adherence to enterprise design libraries UI components and UX guidelines.
Contribute to the evolution of design systems by identifying gaps proposing enhancements and documenting standards.
Conduct regular design reviews to ensure consistency and usability across platforms.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Design HCI (Human-Computer Interaction) or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5 years of experience in UI/UX design for web or enterprise applications.
Demonstrated proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma Sketch Adobe XD).
Demonstrated experience implementing design thinking principles and ability to create personas and user journeys.
Familiarity with front end web development languages like Angular and ReactJS.
