Business & Supply Chain Analyst

Overview:

The Business & Supply Chain Analyst supports Logistics Procurement Operations and Strategic Sourcing teams by providing data analysis reporting and process improvement support. This role works cross-functionally to analyze supply chain data develop insights and support initiatives that improve sourcing procurement and logistics operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide analytical support for supply chain procurement and sourcing projects
• Gather clean reconcile and analyze large data sets from multiple systems
• Develop KPI reports and dashboards to track performance and spending trends
• Prepare clear action-oriented presentations summarizing findings and recommendations
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation planning
• Conduct cost-benefit spend and what-if analyses
• Support sourcing activities including eSourcing events when needed
• Assist with procurement and sourcing system improvements and data governance
• Partner with Finance and category leads to track and validate savings

Scope & Impact:

• Supports North American operations with global collaboration
• Works with stakeholders across departments and levels
• Contributes to decisions that improve supply chain efficiency and cost performance

Qualifications:

Required

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Business or related field
• 2 3 years of experience in business analysis supply chain procurement or finance
• Strong Excel skills and experience working with large data sets
• Experience creating reports dashboards and presentations
• Strong analytical organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and professionalism

Preferred

• Experience with Power BI or Tableau
• SQL Access or similar data-query tools
• Experience with Oracle Ariba Coupa or similar systems
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or CPSM certification
• Masters degree (preferred not required)

Compensation & Benefits through CGC:

• $40.00/hour paid weekly on Fridays.
