Metro Property Management is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Analyst to support the companys property management and administrative operations. The Data Entry Analyst is responsible for accurately entering analyzing and maintaining property-related data within the companys systems and databases.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy of tenant records financial transactions vendor information and maintenance documentation. The Data Entry Analyst works closely with property managers accounting staff and administrative teams to ensure data integrity and assist in generating reports that support operational decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Enter update and maintain tenant property lease and vendor information within company databases and property management systems.
Analyze data for accuracy completeness and consistency before and after entry.
Review financial records rent payments and invoices to ensure proper documentation and entry into internal systems.
Maintain organized digital filing systems for property documents contracts and association records.
Assist with generating reports spreadsheets and data summaries for management and accounting teams.
Identify discrepancies or errors in data and work with relevant departments to correct them.
Support property managers by updating maintenance logs service requests and vendor records.
Conduct periodic data audits to ensure compliance with company policies and record-keeping standards.
Maintain strict confidentiality when handling tenant vendor and financial information.
Assist with administrative tasks such as document preparation data retrieval and reporting.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree in business administration data management or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in data entry data analysis administrative support or office operations.
Strong typing skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel and Word.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills
Experience in property management real estate administration or HOA management.
Familiarity with property management or accounting software systems.
Experience working with financial records invoices or reporting tools.
