Job Summary

Job Summary:

The Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant will be responsible for the technical aspects of a new Oracle HCM Cloud implementation. This includes designing developing and supporting integrations reports data conversions extensions and customizations. The role requires a strong hands-on development background and experience leading technical development efforts.

Location:Newark New Jersey United States

Responsibilities:

- Design and develop Oracle HCM Cloud integrations extensions and data migrations.
- Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and design RICEW objects.
- Build inbound and outbound integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Develop and maintain OTBI and BI Publisher (BIP) reports.
- Perform data conversions using HDL HCM Extracts UCM and MFT.
- Customize and personalize HCM pages using sandbox environments.
- Support HCM modules including Core HR Payroll Compensation Benefits Talent Acquisition and Talent Management.
- Lead technical development efforts conduct code reviews and mentor team members.
- Support testing cutover go-live and post-production activities.
- Maintain documentation and adhere to development standards and best practices.

Required Skills & Certifications:

- 10 years of experience as a systems analyst/developer.
- 7 years supporting Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR Payroll TA TM Benefits Retirement).
- 7 years of experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- 7 years building OTBI and BI Publisher (BIP) reports.
- Strong experience with SQL / PL/SQL.
- Experience leading or supporting multiple full-cycle Oracle HCM implementations.
- Experience training and mentoring technical teams.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

- Python scripting experience.
- Experience with ATP XML JavaScript Web Services and SFTP.
- Oracle HCM Cloud Certification.
- Consulting or systems integrator background.
- Familiarity with Redwood Pages OGL and Recruitment Booster.

- Hybrid work arrangement: 3 days onsite 2 days remote.
