Job Summary

Oracle EBS Payroll Analyst

Location: Remote (Travel to Portland OR for key milestones)
Duration: 6 Months (Extendable)
Visa: USC/GC

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Oracle EBS Payroll Analyst to support payroll configuration and compliance for a large unionized workforce of approximatelyemployees.

Responsibilities:

Configure and support Oracle EBS Payroll modules.
Implement payroll changes driven by union agreements and new business rules.
Develop and maintain payroll elements formulas balances and processing rules.
Support salary-to-grade-step mappings and payroll calculations.
Work closely with HCM and Benefits teams to ensure accurate payroll processing.
Support payroll testing parallel runs and issue resolution.

Required Skills & Experience:

8 years of Oracle EBS Payroll functional experience.
Strong expertise in union payroll processing and CBAs.
Experience handling complex payroll rules fast formulas and grade steps.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Native English-speaking candidates only.
