- Work Model: Onsite 5 days a week
- Pay Rate: $17.86/hr. W2 All Inclusive
- Work Hours: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)

- Ideal candidate is comfortable learning new processes quickly.
- Candidate must be proficient with Excel familiar with Cloud-based apps and able to multi-task across multiple systems.
- Data Entry Score (KSPM 9000) required; scores below threshold will be declined.
- Medicare/Medicaid knowledge preferred.

Job Summary / Description
The Insurance Claims Processor is responsible for accurate and timely processing of routine vision insurance claims in a high-volume fast-paced environment. This role requires strong data entry Excel proficiency and effective communication skills to work with internal teams clients and third-party administrators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process standard vision insurance claims efficiently and accurately ensuring compliance with company and client requirements.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel Microsoft Word and Outlook to validate review and track claims data.
- Execute new client setups and ensure correct benefit setup in core Facets system.
- Monitor team shared Outlook mailbox for incoming membership documents from clients brokers or TPAs.
- Review incoming membership documents for accuracy formatting and validity; communicate updates as needed for successful processing.
- Track completed tasks using Salesforce Implementation Tracker Project Management tool.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisor to maintain high productivity accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Work in a high-volume fast-paced environment multi-tasking across multiple systems and software.
- Learn and adopt new processes quickly; identify and escalate discrepancies or issues.
