Job Title: CNC Maintenance Technician

Role Description Our client is seeking a CNC Maintenance Technician for a full-time hybrid role based in St. Paul MN with some work-from-home flexibility. The CNC Maintenance Technician will be responsible for repairing maintaining and troubleshooting CNC machinery. This role includes diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance repairing systems and components maintaining detailed service records and ensuring all work complies with safety and operational standards. Strong communication and collaboration with technical teams and clients are essential for success.
Experience Required Qualifications -
Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing CNC machinery including mechanical electrical and hydraulic systems

Technical knowledge of CNC programming tool setup and ability to read mechanical and electrical schematics/blueprints

Strong understanding of industrial safety protocols and procedures

Excellent time management and organizational skills; ability to work independently and in team settings

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Prior experience in CNC maintenance or automation systems strongly preferred

Relevant certification in CNC operation electrical or mechanical maintenance or related technical field is a plus

Valid drivers license and ability to travel locally as required
