Job Summary
Lead the drafting and validation of Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) for all
Exchange applications including Trading Surveillance Listing and Member interfaces
Oversee the creation and maintenance of User Manuals and operational documentation
Manage testing activities across multiple applications including:
o User Acceptance Testing (UAT) functional and non-functional
o System Integration Testing (SIT)
o Load & Performance Testing
o Usability Testing
Provide strategic guidance on test planning execution and defect resolution
Ensure alignment of business requirements with system functionality and regulatory
compliance
Mentor and guide junior Business Analysts and Test Analysts in the team
Collaborate with internal stakeholders technology teams and vendors to drive process
improvements and automation in testing
Conduct risk assessment and impact analysis for system changes or upgrades
Maintain high standards of documentation version control and reporting for audit purposes

Ideal Background:
8 12 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Capital Markets
Hands-on experience in drafting business requirements and managing end-to-end testing of

Stock Exchange or trading platform experience is preferred
Strong understanding of Capital Markets operations and exchange systems
