Job Brief:

Were looking for an experienced Business Transformation Senior Project Manager to join our People and Culture (P&C) team. Reporting to the Director of P&C Transformation you will work as an individual contributor and play a critical role in driving global business transformation initiatives and high-priority strategic this role you will ensure adherence to QA frameworks uphold governance standards and oversee the management of transformation programs to deliver measurable impact scalability and exceptional employee experiences. You will build partnerships with functional leaders to accomplish projects aimed at increasing better user experience and accelerating results.

Responsibilities:

Work with several departments and functional leaders at the highest levels of the organization to detail current processes develop new processes and lead transformative projects aimed at achieving the strategic and financial goals of the business while preparing for the future.
Understand the current P&C landscape vs. the strategic direction of the organization and extract the relevant information to support requirement definition business design usability design and end-user testing.

Requirements:

10 years of program management experience driving global change and HR transformation.
Demonstrated the experience to apply in-depth knowledge on HR operations.
Structure and scope complex problems apply a range of analytical tools to develop solutions and prioritize risks.
Experience enforcing QA methodologies and ensuring governance adherence as part of broader transformation initiatives.
Demonstrated success managing cross-functional projects and driving strategic outcomes across global teams.

Experience delivering projects related to HR-related priorities including Global Workplaces.
