Job Summary
SF QA Lead with Automation Testing:
Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality assurance testing of Salesforce applications including both manual and automated testing to identify defects and ensure functionality meets business requirements.
Test Plan Development: Design and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases to cover all functional and non-functional requirements of Salesforce implementations.
Defect Tracking: Identify isolate and track bugs throughout the testing process providing detailed reports on findings and collaborating with developers to resolve issues.
Documentation: Create and maintain documentation of test results processes and methodologies to ensure compliance with industry best practices.
Collaboration: Work closely with development teams project managers and stakeholders to ensure consistent project execution and adherence to quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Salesforce Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the Salesforce platform including Sales Cloud Service Cloud and other relevant functionalities.
QA Methodologies: Proficient understanding of software QA methodologies tools and processes including experience with testing tools and automation frameworks.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios and cases.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder are advantageous
