Job Summary

Job Title: Scrum Master/Product Owner
Location: Plano TX
Duration: 1 Year CTH

Job Description:
Certified Scrum Master/PMP with minimum 7 years hands-on experience as Scrum Master in web application development projects.
Minimum 10 years experience in delivering projects in Agile methodologies
Hands-on experience in JIRA - boards setup organization & reporting
Strong Facilitation & communication skills
Conflict resolution & Problem-solving skills
Team Organization & coaching skills
Leadership and time management skills

Responsibilities:
Facilitate all scrum ceremonies
Identify and assist with removing impediments
Escalate impediments through Scrum of Scrum board
Understand the state of the team and each member of the team
Provide continuous coaching to Product Owner and Dev Team
Documentation of Retro Feedback
Prepare Bi-weekly Report (Wall Chart) on Scrum team performance
Communicate effectively to all relevant internal and external stakeholders
Provide transparency to Program Leadership about the state of the Scrum Team
Resource Capacity Planning (Holidays Vacation etc.) as input to Quarterly PI/Sprint planning
