A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a position for an entry level Finance/Accounting graduate. This is an exciting role for someone who wants to accelerate their career opportunities and open a broad set of options for their future career in Finance.

This role forms part of an Ireland Finance team with responsibility for Financial Planning Accounting Tax and Compliance.

What you will do:

Bring energy knowledge innovation and leadership to carry out the following:

  • Work with the Tax Lead to support the preparation and review of direct and indirect tax returns ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist in tax planning initiatives including identifying tax strategies and opportunities for tax savings.
  • Prepare and analyse financial statements and reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial and operational data.
  • Assist in statutory audits and coordinate with external stakeholders as necessary.
  • Maintain financial records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support Finance Leadership with process improvement policy development and / or strategic initiatives (e.g. business systems processes and / or policies).

In order to excel in this role you will more than likely have:

  • A recent university graduate in Finance or Accounting or related field.
  • Studying towards or an interest in completing ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft applications including Copilot.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
  • Highly organized and able to manage your time and priorities.
  • Desire to learn and improve their performance through feedback.
  • Operate with a high level of integrity transparency and accountability.
  • Demonstrate initiative proactivity and academic curiosity.
