The Hospitality Assistant position exists to provide stewardship for all aspects of serving couples through food service and Duties/Responsibilities:Food Service:Prepares meals from predetermined menus for intensives getaways and special eventsServes interacts and is sensitive to the needs of guests and visiting staffMaintains cleanliness of kitchen and interior and exterior areas of Hospitality Center dailyObserves and follows all Health Department CodesMaintains ServSafe food manager certification at all timesAttends and maintains Chemical TrainingHousekeeping:Maintains exceptional cleanliness of interior and exterior guest lodging spaces; on a daily and weekly basis to include bedrooms bathrooms sitting areas and patios always following established FMI standardsMaintains the cleanliness of guest and staff spaces throughout the property including administrative offices counseling rooms bathrooms and chapel.
