Job Summary

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to assist with organizing sorting filing and archiving documents. This role involves working with both physical and digital records to ensure files are properly categorized labeled and stored in an orderly and accessible manner.

The position requires strong organizational skills consistency and the ability to handle documents carefully and confidentially. Tasks may vary but will primarily focus on maintaining clean and structured filing systems. This is a remote position.

Responsibilities:

  • Sort and organize documents

  • File and archive records in an orderly manner

  • Label and maintain filing systems

  • Ensure documents are stored securely and accurately

  • Assist with organizing both physical and digital files
