General Summary/Objective:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Software Development Manager to lead our engineering team while serving as the primary technical point of contact for key compliance initiatives. This role requires an individual who can balance high-velocity software delivery with strict adherence to security quality and regulatory standards. You will manage a team of internal and external developers oversee the entire development lifecycle and champion our commitment to compliance frameworks like SOC 2 ISO 27001 and NIST.

This position operates in an office environment using standard office equipment. It is largely a deskbound role. The position requires the individual to see talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to use hands fingers and reach with hands and arms.

$105000 - $120000/Exempt
Wage is based upon a 8-hour workday for a total of 40 hours/week
