At Duraco Specialty Materials our Slitter Operators help create the highquality products our customers depend on every day. Youll be operating equipment that coats coils of paper film or foil with pressuresensitive adhesive using a solvent adhesive coating machine and then slitting those coated materials into precise finished rolls. Youll work with your hands learn valuable skills and see the impact of your work at the end of every shift.
In this role youll set up and operate slitting equipment prepare materials and complete quality checks to make sure each roll meets customer expectations. Youll also work closely with teammates communicate issues when they come up and help maintain a safe organized work area.
You dont need years of experiencejust a strong work ethic attention to detail and a willingness to learn. If you value teamwork and take pride in doing things right youll fit in well here.
What Youll Do
- Set up operate and adjust slitting machines to meet customer requirements and ensure accurate highquality output.
- Prepare materials and perform quality checks including loading rolls measuring and inspecting products.
- Support smooth production flow by troubleshooting issues recording production data and keeping your work area safe and clean.

This role starts at $21.50 per hour includes a $1.00 shift differential and comes with a competitive benefits package.
