Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve assigned targets and increase market share for the J&J MedTech business.
  • Build develop and maintain strong professional relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and key partners including surgeons urologists OB/GYNs ENT specialists pharmacists biomedical engineers and procurement teams to drive product adoption and sustainable revenue growth.
  • Effectively communicate with healthcare professionals by demonstrating strong knowledge of the J&J MedTech product portfolio and relevant surgical procedures to support sales and clinical discussions.
  • Identify new business opportunities monitor industry trends and competitor activities and formulate strategies to expa nd market presence and penetration.
  • Ensure full compliance with healthcare regulations company policies and ethical standards in all sales and marketing activities.
  • Apply CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to manage customer interactions track sales activities and analyze data to optimize sales performance.
  • Perform data analysis using tools such as pivot tables to generate sales reports forecasts and actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing and other internal partners to ensure effective execution of sales plans promotional campaigns educational programs and product launches.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree from a reputable institution is preferred.
  • Based in Padang West Sumatera Indonesia.
  • Proven track record of sales success preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry particularly within surgical specialties such as General Surgery Obstetrics & Gynaecology Urology and ENT.
  • Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust influence key decision-makers and manage long-term professional relationships.
  • Solid understanding of healthcare compliance regulations and ethical business practices with a strong commitment to integrity and compliance.
  • Proficient in CRM systems pivot table analysis and sales reporting tools with the ability to demonstrate technology to improve sales effectiveness and customer engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including marketing supply chain market access medical affairs and healthcare compliance to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Good knowledge of medical devices and surgical procedures with a strong interest in keeping up with industry trends and technological advancements.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory and adapt to dynamic market conditions and evolving customer needs.
