- Develop and execute a partnership strategy in line with business objectives KPIs and growth targets.
- Identify and engage potential partners to build strong relationships and expand our network.
- Create compelling partnership proposals including financial modelling and business cases.
- Lead negotiations and finalise partnership agreements that deliver mutual value.
- Oversee partner onboarding and coordinate joint go to market initiatives.
- Work closely with marketing sales and product teams to ensure partnerships support wider business goals.
- Maintain and grow partner relationships to drive long-term performance and impact.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in corporate partnerships sales or business development
- Proactive and self-motivated confident in initiating and prospecting leads to develop new corporate partnership opportunities
- Demonstrated success in negotiating commercial agreements and delivering measurable growth results
- Experience creating business cases proposals and financial modelling for partnership opportunities
- Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Strong command of written and spoken English
- Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced growth-focused environment
