Executive Assistant needed for the Womens Business Center in Columbia. This position is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Womens Business Center and providing high-level administrative and operational support. This position supports staff programs and clients by managing front-office functions maintaining accurate records assisting with scheduling and communications supporting compliance-related documentation and has the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced mission-driven environment. The desired candidate needs to be communicative personable and have the ability to adhere to in-person the work schedule. Pay is $18 - $22 per hour based on qualifications.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations administrative coordination or program support
- Familiarity with grant-funded programs or government reporting requirements preferred.
- Event planning or program coordination experience preferred.
- Passion for supporting women entrepreneurs and small business development
- Knowledge of the CMCA service area local business community and resources.
- Residence in the CMCA service area.
- Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work and work functions.
