As Senior Project Manager you will lead the planning governance and delivery of complex organisation wide projects that strengthen Richmond Fellowship Queenslands sustainability and support our vision of optimal wellbeing lived by all. This is a 12-month fixed term full-time position based in Annerley. Working at both a strategic and operational level you will partner with Executive and operational leaders to deliver key initiatives. This includes developing and embedding RFQs project management framework leading organisational restructures and service realignments mobilising new services following successful tenders or funding opportunities and delivering corporate information systems replacement this role you will bring structure and clarity to complex work support leaders and teams through change and ensure projects are well governed people centred and effectively embedded into business as usual.
Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex organisation-wide projects that enable RFQs strategy sustainability and vision of optimal wellbeing lived by all.
  • Design embed and mature RFQs fit-for-purpose project management framework governance and tools to strengthen organisational capability and consistency.
  • Partner with Executive and senior leaders to plan and deliver values-led organisational restructures and service realignments that prioritise psychological safety and workforce wellbeing.
  • Project manage the mobilisation and establishment of new culturally responsive and person-led services following successful tenders or funding opportunities.
  • Oversee major corporate information systems transformation projects aligning digital solutions to RFQs operational workforce and client needs.
  • Provide strong governance oversight through proactive risk issue and benefits management with clear evidence-based reporting to Executive and the Board.
  • Lead change management stakeholder engagement and capability building to ensure change is well-governed human-centred and sustainably embedded across RFQ.

You Will Have:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in project management business health human services or a related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Formal project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2 PMBOK Agile or similar) is desirable.
  • Extensive experience leading complex multi stakeholder projects including organisational restructures new service establishment and/or major systems replacement.
  • Strong practical experience applying project management methodologies and tools including governance risk issues scope schedule and budget management.
  • Demonstrated experience in organisational change management and stakeholder engagement ideally within health community services or not for profit environments.
  • Highly developed communication negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility and influence at Executive and Board level.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear practical recommendations.
  • Highly organised adaptable and professional with the ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a collaborative values led organisation.
