People of color are strongly urged to our Medical Assistant positionTheMedical Assistant provides support to patients and co-workers by performing a variety of clinical and administrative tasks in different areas of the health pay range is from $18.16 to $27.24 placement in the range is dependent on experience. A generous benefit package is also is a full-time (37.5 hours/week) non-exempt at our Health you will be doing!Performing back-office responsibilities as required by the health center;rooms patients; stock rooms; phlebotomy injections labs patient educations; assists NPs RNs and non-judgmental client-centered care and provides accurate information by answering questions and providing appropriate with optimizing patient flow to keep appointments on and prepares documents for patient records and patient patients and co-workers with excellent customer service in all interactions and Responsibilities:Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and ability to maintain client continuous learning and seeks ongoing training and action to support the affiliates commitment to equity diversity and teamwork flexibility and adaptability; embraces Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentNational Medical Assistant CertificationOne or two years of experience in an office or medical settingProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications; experience with electronic health recordsPreferred Qualifications:Experience with reproductive healthcare in a clinical office or hospital setting with knowledge of EHRSpanish-speaking*Bi-lingual employees may be eligible for an hourly premium*Salary Range:PPGNHAIKs compensation Philosophy is based in equity and transparency. Starting offers are determined by both the candidates directly applicable experience and internal equity within the paygrade.
