ORE Therapist provides mobile community-based crisis response and stabilization services to children adolescents and young adults ages 420 Position Summary
This role focuses on immediate crisis intervention stabilization and connection to ongoing supports with the goal of reducing hospitalizations and out-of-home placements. The MORES Therapist works as part of a multidisciplinary mobile team delivering trauma-informed family-centered care in homes schools hospitals and community settings.
Respond to behavioral health crises in the community as part of the MORES mobile team.
Conduct crisis assessments safety planning and stabilization interventions.
Provide individual and family therapeutic interventions during crisis episodes.
Utilize trauma-informed evidence-based clinical approaches appropriate for crisis settings.
Support youth and families in identifying strengths and immediate needs.
The ranges above are estimates based on productivity. Under this compensation model there is unlimited earning potential!
*Final compensation is determined by factors such as education licensure level experience and other qualifications.
Masters degree in Social Work Counseling Psychology or related mental health field.
Active or eligible NC licensure required (LCSW/A LCMHC/A LMFT or provisional license as applicable).
Experience providing mental health services to children adolescents and families preferred.
Crisis intervention mobile services or community-based experience strongly preferred.
Experience working with high-risk or high-acuity populations a plus.
