Basic Job Functions:

Nucor Towers & Structures Inc a division of Nucor the nations largest recycler and largest manufacturer of steel and steel products is seeking a qualified applicant for the position of Hardware Coordinatort at our business unit located in Hazleton PA. Specific job responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

Build kits on pallets per work order for each structure ensuring quantity of parts is correct to the BOM.
Build crates of ship loose hardware per work order by job.
Label crates and pallets per job number.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Scanning of hardware bar codes for inventory movement.
Using D365 to search inventory and build kits.
Can do attitude.
Monthly cycle counting and inventory management.
Receive and count to verify accuracy of inbound material.

Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate lead and uphold safety policies practices procedures and housekeeping standards at all times.

Minimum Requirements:

Ability to read tape measure
Lift packages buckets & pallets up to 50/lbs
Common knowledge of nuts bolts and washers
Ability to count
Able to stand continuously
Drive standup forklift and standard sit down forklift
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently and in a team setting
