Job Description
Entry-level professional with limited or no prior experience to contribute on a project or program. Role learns to use professional concepts to resolve problems of limited scope and complexity under close supervision while achieving day-to-day objectives. Works on developmental assignments that are initially routine in nature requiring limited judgment and decision making. This level is typically focused on self-development. Requires theoretical knowledge through specific education and training
- Coordinate a workflow with foreclosure and later default.
- Maintain a system for new foreclosure referrals.
- Answer questions related to foreclosure and later default.
- Communicate with attorneys regarding a borrowers account status through the online portal called LoanSphere Bankruptcy/Foreclosure.
- Review and verify accuracy of prepared foreclosure complaints. Track the complaints through to filing to ensure First Legal Deadline is met.
- Request extensions/variances related to First Legal Deadline.
- Monitor LoanSphere BK/FC often throughout the day and work the accounts as needed.
- Approve invoices related to foreclosure/bankruptcy through Invoicing.
- Prepare reinstatement and payoff requests on foreclosure accounts upon request.
- Communicate promptly with loss mitigation and bankruptcy teams.
- Work with housing counselors and/or the borrowers attorney as a mediator between PHFA and the borrower to remedy the default.
- Handling escalated borrower conversations.
- Evaluating reports to ensure SFDMS reporting is accurate.
- Other duties as assigned by Manager.
