The Loan Servicing Officer is responsible for managing and maintaining a portfolio of multifamily loans. This role requires a strong understanding of loan servicing practices rental housing finance and affordable housing programs. The officer will ensure accurate loan administration escrow management and compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Administering multifamily loans ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments and transactions.
- Managing escrow accounts and ensuring proper disbursement of funds.
- Maintaining loan documentation and ensuring compliance with loan agreements.
- Utilizing loan servicing systems to track loan performance and generate reports.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve loan-related issues.

Required Skills & Certifications:
- 2 4 years of experience in multifamily loan servicing escrow administration asset management or housing finance operations.
- Knowledge of rental housing finance and loan servicing practices.
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Proficiency in loan servicing systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook).
- Understanding of loan documentation standards.
- 2 4 years of experience in multifamily loan servicing escrow administration asset management or housing finance operations.
- Knowledge of rental housing finance and loan servicing practices.
