Provides Planned Parenthood Patient Education Sheets (PES) and Informed Consent Forms (ICF) and offers Planned Parenthood services or community resources for identified patient patients and co-workers with excellent customer service in all interactions and tasks. Utilizes service recovery when appropriate and seeks assistance from co-workers or the health center manager to ensure all functions of patient check-in including income screening explanation of funding and payment the different types of coverage or funding available to the patient and refers patients for assistance with health care insurance sign up when patient satisfaction and efficient use of provider time by providing patient education appropriate to each type of appointments on schedule through ongoing communication with the PCTL the clinician and the health center patient accounts by obtaining recording and updating personal and financial and collects patient payments and solicits donations.
