General Maintenance Worker

PacArctic LLC (PAC) a Koniag Government Services company is seeking experienced General Maintenance Workers to support PacArctic and our government customer. This position could be at Minot ND OR Grand Forks ND OR Fargo ND. This is a Union position and all benefits will be covered by the Functions Responsibilities & Duties:Assist in general building maintenance supporting mechanical electrical and HVAC building tours/inspections; manage work orders in NCMMS (MAXIMO).Perform general repairs respond to work orders and miscellaneous with HVAC plumbing lighting and electrical emergency power and fire protection architectural/structural maintenance and preventive doors windows floors roofs; clean mechanical drains and gutters; perform minor painting and furniture/equipment relocation and to service calls including with grounds maintenance and snow/ice removal as an active system file to Government access account ENT for NCMMS Mandatory IT Security Training for Agency and Contractor Qualifications:High school diploma or GED2 years of experience in general maintenanceBasic knowledge of each craft trade for building operations repairs and preventive maintenance activities for electricity HVAC carpentry plumbing and communication systemsMinimum Education: High School DiplomaCertifications and Training:General Employee TrainingAsbestos Awareness and Asbestos Worker TrainingRe-Tuning TrainingNCMMS TrainingLead Awareness TrainingSafety TrainingCFC Certification Type 1Ability to lift up to 50lbsOur Equal Employment Opportunity PolicyThe company is an equal opportunity employer.
