We are hiring a Manager and Team Lead Quality Assurance!Reporting To:Director Quality AssuranceFull-Time/Part- Time:Full timePosting Date:January 6 2026Closing Date:January 16 2026Salary Range:$77214 - $123542Hours of Work:8:30 a.m. 5:00 :Office Location: 16.6Montreal QCWhat we offer:Highly competitive compensation package which includes base salary bonus benefits and career advancement opportunities! *Eligibility for benefits is dependent on the terms of employmentThe Opportunity: Reporting to the Director Quality Assurance the Manager leads a team of Quality Assurance Specialists who are responsible for the post-funding review of underwriting quality. The manager is responsible for guiding and motivating the team to meet targets and schedules while maintaining quality results. How you will contribute: Ensure Quality Assurance reviews are conducted in a timely efficient and objective mannerSchedule reviews and allocate appropriate resources to meet targetsPerform QA of QA reviews and provide prompt feedback to team membersReview findings identified by the team to ensure accuracy and keep Sr. Management informed of any trends identifiedCompletes management reporting as requiredAssists with reviewing and responding the external auditsStays up to date with policy product investor and insurer requirements. Manages the capacity of the team through efficient delegation of work and monitoring of productivity team members to meet performance targets through ongoing feedback and coachingEstablishes performance and work standardsRecruits interviews hires and onboards new employees as requiredProvides coaching training support and development to team membersLeads team meetingsConducts annual performance reviewsAdheres to policies/procedures to ensure AML requirements are met when applicableThis position requires linguistic fluency.
