Your future duties and responsibilities:

You will help people and make a difference. You will bring a human touch to the relationship between customers and the company. You will guide members in their day-to-day activities. On a typical day you will:
- Lead support and motivate the team of sales relationship development and complementary solutions advisors.
- Ensure work organization file distribution and workload monitoring.
- Provide coaching: call shadowing feedback and development of sales techniques and competencies.
- Ensure service levels and performance indicators are met.
- Monitor individual performance targets daily and track overall team goal achievement.
- Contribute monthly to the preparation of performance and analytical reports for management.
- Ensure data accuracy in the CRM and adherence to internal processes.
- Oversee onboarding continuous training and development of new associates.
- Maintain a collaborative accountable and performance driven team environment.
- Collaborate with marketing customer service implementation and product teams to ensure a consistent client experience.
- Lead meetings confidently to equip teams and stay attentive to all team related details.
- Ensure call quality regarding advisor approach accuracy and service compliance by conducting regular call monitoring and supporting more complex cases.
- Ensure work processes are maintained and optimized to support team efficiency.
- Support the annual performance evaluation of team members alongside the manager.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement projects for the teams and business partners.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

- University degree or equivalent experience
- 1 to 3 years of experience in team supervision/coordination
- Experience in the payroll field
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
- Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities
- Excellent communication negotiation and contract closing skills
- Ability to work with sales targets
- Autonomous service oriented and results driven
- Ability to promote and maintain a positive work environment
- Strong teamwork skills and high level of engagement
- Strong analytical mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word Excel etc.); experience with a CRM is an asset
- Bilingualism required (spoken and written)

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level geographic market experience and training and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $60 000$100 000. This role is an existing vacancy.

Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role requiring interaction with national and global clients.
