The Product Management Agentic Performance Support you will drive the strategy benchmarking implementation and scaling of AI-powered coaching agents and solutions across the firm. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and technical documentation to delivery and continuous improvement ensuring our AI solutions close functional gaps and deliver measurable business value.
Job responsibilities
- Define and deliver AI agentic experiences for learning mapped to segment-specific outcomes.
- Build and manage AI agents that generate learning content in multiple formats.
- Benchmark and evaluate emerging AI technologies to identify opportunities for business impact.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI solutions from strategy and onboarding to implementation and scaling.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to identify functional gaps and prioritize AI use cases.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation process flows and user guides for AI solutions.
- Lead cross-functional teamsincluding engineers data scientists and business partnersto deliver AI products on time and within scope.
- Ensure all AI implementations adhere to firmwide governance compliance and ethical standards.
- Track analyze and report on the performance and adoption of AI solutions driving continuous improvement.
- Communicate product vision strategy and roadmaps to stakeholders at all levels.
- Champion best practices in AI product management and project delivery.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- 3 years of product management or project management experience with a focus on technology or AI-driven products.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies including machine learning natural language processing and generative AI.
- Proven experience benchmarking onboarding and scaling new technologies in a large organization.
- Demonstrated ability to write clear technical documentation and process guides.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex multi-phase projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the product development lifecycle.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business or related field; advanced degree
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
- Experience with AI coaching conversational agents or enterprise AI implementations.
- Background in technology consulting digital transformation or innovation labs.
- Knowledge of compliance governance and ethical considerations in AI.
