Our culture
Reinventing the travel industry isnt easy but thats the fun part. Were looking for a Senior Product Manager (Growth) to join the Product this role youll build and optimize customer-facing experiences across the funnel from discovery and consideration to booking and repeat usage. Youll work closely with Design Engineering Data and Operations to identify growth opportunities run experiments and ship high-impact product improvements. Youll own problems end-to-end: framing the opportunity defining success metrics driving execution and learning from outcomes. As Headout scales from 5k experiences in 190 cities to 50k experiences in 500 cities this role sits at the intersection of data experimentation and product intuition shaping how millions of users discover and engage with real-world experiences.
