In this role you will deliver high-quality digital content across various channels including the dormakaba corporate website online shop and digital communication platforms. You will play a key role in ensuring consistent B2B brand communication supporting digital campaigns and enhancing user experience through accurate engaging and performance-driven content. Content Creation & Localization
Adapt translate and localize global marketing product and campaign content in line with brand guidelines and local market requirements.
Create and publish content for the corporate website online shop newsletters social media channels and other digital platforms.
Ensure a consistent tone of voice messaging and visual standards across all digital touchpoints for B2B audiences.
Online Shop & Platform Support
Manage and maintain online shop content including product descriptions visuals categories banners and landing pages.
Support e-commerce campaigns promotions and product launches by preparing and publishing content according to agreed timelines.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of product information across all digital platforms.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support smooth content updates and effective platform communication.
Campaign Execution & Optimization
Support digital marketing campaigns by coordinating content rollout across channels.
Optimize content based on basic SEO and conversion best practices to improve visibility engagement and performance.
Monitor and analyze content and platform performance using digital analytics tools and summarize key insights.
Design & Asset Management
Design and produce digital marketing materials such as digital visuals banners flyers posters and presentations in line with brand guidelines.
Collaboration & Market Awareness
Coordinate with global marketing teams to ensure alignment across content platforms and campaigns.
Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to provide relevant insights for the local market.
An experience that matters: your skills
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Digital Media or a related field
24 years of experience in digital content digital marketing or platform communication (B2B experience is an advantage)
Fluent English in written and spoken communication
Strong writing editing and localization skills in English and Bulgarian
Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and digital platforms; experience with online shops or e-commerce environments is a strong advantage
Basic to intermediate knowledge of SEO Google Analytics and social media analytics tools
Working knowledge of design tools such as Canva Adobe Photoshop or InDesign
Basic understanding of UX principles and conversion optimization (preferred)
Experience with email marketing or marketing automation tools (preferred)
High attention to detail and focus on content accuracy
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Proactive structured and comfortable working in an international cross-functional environment
