DescriptionWe are seeking an early-career Systems or Infrastructure professional with hands-on experience supporting enterprise environments. Experience with VMware vCenter is a key requirement with a preferred minimum of 12 years working in vCenter-managed environments. In addition candidates should have 13 years of experience supporting IT infrastructure including servers hardware or data center operations.
Experience supporting Citrix CVAD or Microsoft SQL databases is highly desirable and will be considered a strong plus though it is not required for entry-level candidates.
This position requires the employee to be located near Columbia MO. The role follows a hybrid schedule with four days remote and one onsite day each week (Wednesdays) in Columbia.
ResponsibilitiesManage and support VMware VCF virtualized server environments.
Configure maintain and troubleshoot Windows Server operating systems.
Provide support and maintenance for Citrix CVAD environment.
Serve as an escalation point for Tier 3 support addressing advanced system issues.
Monitor system performance and perform capacity planning.
Implement security best practices and ensure system compliance.
Participate in system upgrades patches and disaster recovery planning.
Document procedures configurations and support resolutions.
