Entry Level Tech Assistant

One of our top education partners is searching for a motivated techsavvy Entry-Level IT Field Technician to support schools across the Chicagoland area! This short-term contract (with strong potential to extend) runs MondayFriday 3PM7PM perfect for anyone looking to gain hands-on experience while keeping their days free.

In this dynamic on-the-move role youll be the go-to IT herohelping students teachers and staff stay connected and productive with your after-hours work. From setting up Chromebooks to keeping IT assets organized youll play a crucial part in making sure daily school operations run smoothly. Plus youll visit multiple campuses so no two days ever look the same!

What Youll Be Doing

• Deliver friendly on-site IT support to faculty staff and students
• Set up configure and troubleshoot Chromebooks and other classroom devices
• Assist with inventory management and IT asset tracking

• Experience with IT Support and troubleshooting a plus
• Formal IT training courserwork and certifications preferred
• Experience with Google Chromebooks
• Must be able to comfortably lift up to 50lbs independently and up to 150lbs with assistance
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Must demonstrate a can-do attitude
