Job Skills / Requirements
We currently have an opening for a floating cleaner and floor technician in Euclid and the surrounding areas. Youd be working a varying schedule of 20-30 hours per week. The availability required would be Monday-Saturday after 5pm.
The pay for this position is $17.50 an hour plus mileage.
You must have reliable transportation to get to and from work and be able to a pass drug test and background check.
Job Duties Include:
- Complete job specifications for assigned buildings throughout Northeast Ohio
- Cleans floors: including dust mopping damp mopping sweeping vacuuming dusting picking up larger objects off the floor and spot cleaning glass and windows.
- Cleans restrooms including restocking dispensers emptying trash cleaning and sanitizing fixtures cleaning mirrors spot cleaning partition doors and walls sweeping and mopping tile floors and cleaning toilets and urinals.
- Empties trash and replaces liners.
- Assists District Manager in covering call offs.
- Assists Office Manager with laundry.
- Assists District Manger in Special Projects
- Fogging Disinfection Service
- Window Cleaning
- Carpet Cleaning
- Stripping & Waxing
- Construction Cleanups
- Performs additional duties as needed.
