Class 1 Trunk Driver - Nights Full time ErithPalletforce Logistics is a leading pallet distribution company dedicated to providing efficient and reliable services to our clients. We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence and our supportive work ROLEOur drivers are one of the most important roles within Palletforce Logistics and as a fully qualified Class 1 Driver you will have the important role of delivering products to our customers whilst being safe and taking care of yourself on the SALARY44100 per year plus a 50 weekly drivers bonusKEY RESPONSIBILITES:Maintain cleanliness of vehicle;Driving Class 1 vehicle safely and responsibly;Ensure you do your daily vehicle checks to make sure your vehicle is roadworthy and safe to use;Ensure you inform the transport office of any problems in good time i.e. if youre running late;Fit to drive; considering alcohol intake daily rest prescribed/over the counter medication that could affect your ability to drive;To ensure you arrive at your job on time;Excellent customer service;Maintain health and safety standards;Operating in a safe way following all road rules;Ensure all paperwork is correct completed and returned to the transport office;Delivering goods to various IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:Minimum experience: 6 months;Valid Digital Tachograph card is essential;Completed CPC training course;Class 1 Driving License (CE);Valid CPCDigital tacho cards;Flexibility;Strong logistical and geographical knowledge;Good communication skills;Ability to be adaptable and flexible with start & finish times;Fully completed driver CPC;HGV / LGV Class 1 licence with at least 6 months experience;Good work & BENEFITSWell support your development; help you grow and also offer you a competitive package that includes:Competitive Annual Gateway access to significant savings and cashback on 900 top retailers from groceries to wellness products travel and much more!Health Care Cash PlanExcellent Pension SchemeWe promote a culture which encourages innovative ideas and we appreciate your talent is key to our success!Let us be your employer of USEV CARGO have grown to become a predominate international supply chain partner to many of the worlds leading brands.
