Right now we need an experienced retail sales assistant who has a passion for fashion and has flexibility to support the store in peak times and leave coverage. About the roleSupported by the Shop Manager you will help drive sales and reach targets as well as increasing donations and volunteer applications. You will be responsible for processing all sales through POS/cash register/eftpos accurately and in line with retail policy as well as maintaining visual merchandising and housekeeping you will bringPrevious experience in retail (including sales cash handling stock rotation and donation pricing)Demonstrated ability to support a team of volunteersProven reliability and punctuality with a positive can-do attitudeA passion for vintage fashion with an understanding of brands and labelsBenefits that act for you while you act for humanityFinancial wellbeing:In addition to your salary you can take advantage of salary packaging via Maxxia.
