JOB SUMMARY:
The Manager is an on-site client-facing role that leads large business and technicalprojects. The Manager may work across multiple industries and functional areas andlead teams or programs involving multiple workstreams. The Manager supervises thework and day-to-day development of others and may take on formal peoplemanagement responsibilities within their team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Decision Making and Influence
Leads and manages the strategic and tactical elements of the full lifecycle oflarge engagements and drives decision-making throughout the process tomove the work forward
Develops and manages complex program/project structures schedulesbudgets resource plans etc.
Client Service Delivery
Supports all phases of an engagement; operates effectively with senior leadersat our clients and within the firm
Provides oversight for the quality of workstreams and/or components of theproject ensuring that all deliverables meet the firms quality standards andclient requirements
Prepares reviews understands and maintains complex project and programdocumentation
Manages project budgets ensuring financial targets are met and profitability ismaximized
Effectively leads meetings and drives discussions to a necessary resolution tokeep the project moving forward
Identifies potential risks develops mitigation strategies and recommends keydecisions for programs
Business Development
Supports business development opportunities by identifying new areas wherethe firm can provide services to the client and collaborating with the pursuit team
Grows network through exceptional client service delivery and maintainsrelationships to support Point B business development
Collaborates with Client Leaders Project Leaders and Engagement Leaders todefine long-term goals for client accounts and identify new service offerings
Leadership
Fosters a collaborative team environment that encourages knowledge sharinginnovation and high performance
Assembles and effectively leads program teams by leveraging individualstrengths and abilities
Facilitates team progress in choosing pragmatic solutions and making effectivebusiness decisions
May serve as a 1:1 Coach
Partners with Project Leader and or 1:1 Coach as appropriate to providefeedback to other Team Members
Coaches and mentors Point B associates in developing new skills and growingtheir careers

B.A. or B.S. required
8 years minimum of experience

PM experience leading large complex engagements
Cross-industry experience highly desired or deep experience in a strategicindustry

$96500 - $215000 a year
The estimated salary range for this role is $96500 - $215000 per salary range is provided as required by local and state law as salaries varyona number offactors including but not limited to geography skills education experience and unique qualifications where applicable.
