Job Summary
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED (Some college coursework preferred). 23 years of experience in community engagement marketing or communications. Ability to initiate build connect and maintain relationships Experience as a student or staff member at an institution of higher education. Direct experience working with volunteers and managing small-scale events. Proven ability to respond respectfully and effectively to people of all cultures and backgrounds. Ability to work a flexible schedule including occasional evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience delivering social media and digital marketing campaigns or communications Experience in developing affirming engagement programs with historically underrepresented and marginalized communities We seek creative adaptable staff who thrive in a university environment that fosters cultural diversity multicultural understanding and cultural fluency in alignment with the Universitys mission and values.
