Job Summary

Manage and support assigned Personnel on Recovery Duty (PRD). Provide support to the wider Field Army in the management and administration of PRD to deliver the swiftest return to duty or supported transition to civilian life in order to maximise deployability in direct support to the Armys Main Effort. Responsibilities:
the Personnel Recovery Company.
2. Execute all functions of command over assigned permanent staff and PRD.
3. Ensure PRD are managed in accordance with AGAI 99 AGAI 78 AGAI 110 and other relevant policy protocols.
4. Liaise with and coordinate support from relevant supporting agencies local authorities and 3rd Sector in order to deliver optimal recovery outcomes.
5. Liaise with Fd Army units in AOR to improve the management of their PRD
6. Assess and report on Coy performance in accordance with mandated R2 and bespoke RFIs.
