REMOTE AND LONG-TERM CONTRACT POSITION

SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Senior Director Digital Sales the Territory Manager LATAM is responsible for growing SEGA of America Incs video game market share across the LATAM region with a specific focus on Mexico. Based in Mexico City MX and working closely with SEGA team in Irvine CA this role will work closely with cross functional teams including Sales Product Marketing Media PR CRM and Events to plan and execute local marketing plans social media influencer events retail promotions and digital activations to maximize sales and product awareness.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage day-to-day communication of local partners and agencies along with internal cross-functional teams including Marketing PR Creative Services Social CRM and regional Sales Teams to maximize product awareness and profitability.
  • Ensure product marketing campaigns are regionally and globally unified.
  • Manage local marketing and channel budgets while using data and analytics to inform best practices.
  • Responsible for weekly and monthly sales and forecasting of key titles both at a country level and account level.
  • Work closely with regional sales teams to align regional promotion plans & pricing strategies while leveraging key local holidays/events to maximize profitability at a local level.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on pricing across each LATAM country to ensure alignment across all platforms.
  • Coordinate and support the requirements for local ratings and packaging submissions.
  • Assess and identify emerging and opportunistic PC digital distributors in Mexico and LATAM


Qualifications

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 7-10 years of video industry experience in consumer marketing influencer marketing social media and digital marketing strategies across LATAM.
  • 5 years of industry experience supporting retail sales and channel marketing in LATAM.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • 30% travel across US LATAM including to Mexico and rest of Latin America.
