Review initial analysis completed by more experienced Technical Writer/Editors to ensure a thorough understanding of each changes to technical order as defined by the Project Lead Performance Work Statement and/or Military meet program and quality objectives for technical data duties as assigned. Education and Experience:High School Diploma required some college or technical training with technical Skills and Competencies:Strong communication and publishing or graphics software to multitask and computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the interpersonal skills; must be able to work independently and interact effectively with all levels of the Skills and Competencies:Experience with DoD in a Military civilian or contract position supporting DoD with manuals such as tagged data SGML XML structured and unstructured content illustrated parts breakdowns (IPBs) job guides flight manuals to interpret engineering drawings and other data related to operation maintenance and service of with Military Technical Orders/Manuals as an end Requirement:Candidates must be a US Citizen with the ability to be approved for an active Secret Level Clearance.
