As we continue to scale were looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to own our technology vision strengthen our technical infrastructure and drive innovation across platforms automation and data systems.

Position Overview
The CTO will lead AppJaxxs overall technology strategy and execution ensuring our systems are secure scalable and optimized for rapid growth. This role is central to building and maintaining the technical backbone that powers our outreach platforms CRM automations integrations and internal tools.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-onsomeone who can architect long-term solutions while actively improving day-to-day technical performance.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the companys technology roadmap aligned with business and growth objectives.
Architect build and maintain scalable secure systems for LinkedIn automation CRM workflows data management and internal tools.
Oversee all technical infrastructure including platforms integrations APIs databases and automation tools.
Partner with Operations Sales Marketing and Client Delivery teams to ensure technology supports execution and client outcomes.
Ensure data integrity system reliability security and compliance across all tools and platforms.
Evaluate select and manage third-party tools vendors and software solutions.
Establish technical SOPs documentation and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Monitor system performance troubleshoot issues and proactively optimize for speed scale and reliability.
