We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager who can expertly guide our change programs and manage projects to meet our objectives. Youll Be Responsible For:

Youll be the person everyone at LYNX looks to for understanding the efforts of the specific program and projects you manage including associated risks and cross-team dependencies. Whether its in Operations Tech or Privacy your knowledge and guidance will be important.

Youll ensure that every team understands what they need to deliver at all times. Tasked with prioritization of projects within the program stakeholder management and tracking of external commitments youll keep us organized and on track.

One of your responsibilities will be to organize and run high-level program status meetings consistently document decisions and communicate them to affected teams. Youll identify schedule risks and communicate possible mitigations.

In addition your input to the overall agile project management structure will be key and youll work closely with other teams and stakeholders.

Heres what were looking for:

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in agile project management and/or implementation delivering large cross-team projects or programs (e.g. product rollouts to new countries).
Comfortable in varied settings from process & implementation discussions with business teams and engineers to presenting to executives.
Experience with OKRs user story mapping and other modern approaches unifying project management with product-led approaches customer-centric design and lean ways of working (preferred).
Proven ability to lead complex efforts fostering a healthy supportive and autonomous team environment.
Quality-driven mindset always looking for improvements in working methods and striving for higher efficiency.
Exceptional organizational skills capable of juggling a variety of tasks prioritizing the project teams work and creating structure.
Excellent communication skills and an eagerness to work with cross-functional distributed teams in Amsterdam Berlin Gent and Prague.
