Technical Lead / Software Architect

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Lead / Software Architect to join our team in Hyderabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding complex technical and business requirements and translating them into scalable robust and high-quality solution designs. This role requires strong technical leadership independent working capability and extensive expertise across backend infrastructure and frontend technologies.

The position involves close collaboration with customer Product Owners and internal stakeholders ensuring that architectural designs are properly implemented and that delivery meets agreed quality and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate complex functional and technical requirements to design appropriate system architectures and implementation strategies
  
• Define document and maintain end-to-end technical architecture and solution designs
  
• Ensure consistent and correct implementation of architectural designs across the development team
  
• Provide technical leadership guidance and mentoring to development team members
  
• Take ownership of technical decisions and ensure alignment with best practices and organizational standards
  
• Collaborate closely with customer Product Owners and stakeholders to clarify requirements and provide technical input
  
• Participate in sprint planning design reviews and architectural governance activities
  
• Ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements including scalability performance security and maintainability
  
• Support and promote DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure automation

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 1013 years of professional experience in software development with significant exposure to technical architecture and design
  
• Demonstrated experience in defining technical architectures and ensuring their correct implementation by development teams
  
• Strong ability to work independently with a high degree of responsibility and ownership
  
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles and collaboration with Product Owners
  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• Very strong proficiency in English both written and verbal with the ability to communicate clearly and in detail
  
• Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to engage proactively with customer stakeholders
