Job Summary

Role objective:

Convert qualified enquiries into paid projects and protect scope timelines and quality. No cold calling Involved but hard outreach protocols are to be done

What you will sell (examples):

ESG reporting annual report writing business reports statistical/analytics reports executive summaries technical reports financial reporting business intelligence reporting. (Aristocrat) Also writing/editing services such as
research paper/thesis/dissertation support proofreading/editing technical writing business plan writing
whitepapers website/SEO content etc. (Aristocrat)

WhatsApp Only: Handle inbound leads follow-ups; qualify requirements urgency and budget.

Pitch relevant service package; create proposal/quote and close by collecting advance payment.

Maintain clean CRM notes and daily status updates.

Coordinate with PM for onboarding scope confirmation and delivery timeline.

Prevent scope creep: ensure deliverables/revisions are confirmed in writing.

Requirements

Strong spoken written communication; confident negotiation.

High follow-up discipline; comfortable with call/WhatsApp selling.

Basic understanding of reports/writing/editing services (training provided).
