About the Role

This role focuses on designing and delivering structured training sessions and multi-day workshops that help teams build skills align priorities and advance technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Design and facilitate interactive IM/IT workshops and training sessions
Develop practical training materials and session agendas
Lead group discussions and working exercises
Capture outcomes decisions and follow-up actions
Support knowledge transfer and capability development

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience delivering IM/IT or technology-related training
Strong facilitation and presentation skills
Experience designing training for adult learners
