This role provides independent review and analysis of IT and technology-related contracts focusing on risk identification obligations and objective advisory input.

Key Responsibilities

Review and analyze IT vendor and service contracts
Identify contractual risks gaps and improvement opportunities
Provide clear written and verbal advisory feedback
Support follow-up discussions and clarifications

Requirements

7 years of experience reviewing IT software or technology contracts
Strong understanding of licensing and service agreement structures
Background in procurement contract management or commercial advisory
High attention to detail and sound judgment
