Job Description Summary
As a Service Sales Account and Operations Leader you will be a key member of the service sales business of Patient Care Solutions (PCS) within GE HealthCare Romania.
In this role you will perform wide range of commercial activities covering the full geographical area of Romania and targeting the complete PCS installed base and also provide coordination of PCS Field Service Engineers and drive process improvement of connecting operational areas.

Responsibilities
Driving service contract and parts sales business working with existing and potential customers in Romania
Initiating building and maintaining relationships with current and future customers and work on providing them a great sales experience through the right channel (in person or via phone email and others) for best customer experience
Handling customers incoming requests providing necessary support and providing proposals based on customer-specified information (owning the full sales-cycle) OR route the request to Inside Sales Specialist (depending on campaign and/or business rules qualifying the request and providing well defined interests)
Providing support to the service parts sales process through ownership of quotation pricing and contributing to closure of deals and coaches guides Insides Sales Specialist on this activity as well.
Driving the growth of Consumable content in service sales channel cooperates with Consumables modality teams.
Follows up on offers in order to maximize contract revenue
Suggesting process improvements and provides coordination within connecting areas (Field Service Engineers Business Operations) to improve business results.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors Degree or previous inside sales/commercial experience.
Previous customer relationship management and outbound call experience.
Effective and professional verbal and written communication
Ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate simple messages.
Desired Characteristics
Proven account management and project planning skills.
Sales mindset and ability to provide excellent customer service customer-focused approach.
Result-oriented personality and capability to overcome obstacles.
Knowledge/experience with healthcare industry.
Knowledge in social media and lead generation through social media.
