Job Summary

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join the core development team working on Itemizes core IP. This role has a strong backend and data focus with frontend responsibilities as a secondary component.

Requisitos

Required Skills & Experience

5 years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on TypeScript and .
Deep expertise in SQL databases including schema design and performance optimization (MySQL).
Hands-on experience with AWS especially S3 Lambda and API Gateway.
Experience working in agile environments ideally within fast-paced or venture-backed companies.
Experience with testing continuous integration and best engineering practices.
Experience with container-based deployment and orchestration.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to Have

Experience with ReactJS (not a core requirement).
Experience with NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB or Postgres.
Familiarity with frameworks and middleware (e.g. Express).
Understanding of functional programming principles.
Experience working in small highly collaborative teams.

Responsibilities

Design develop and maintain and TypeScript modules for internal and client-facing applications.
Architect and enhance RESTful APIs to support new functional requirements.
Design optimize and manage SQL databases primarily MySQL.
Build highly scalable fault-tolerant software using modern development practices.
Work with AWS services including S3 Lambda API Gateway CloudWatch and CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate closely with Product and InfoScience teams to gather and refine requirements.
Continuously improve code quality stability and performance.
Support Operations and Delivery teams by documenting features and assisting with production issue triage.
